At the same time, the company introduced and digested the advanced technology of Japan's AIR TECH Company and developed a world-leading Class II biosafety cabinet, which won the bid in the international bidding of the national medical treatment system and was put into use in hospitals and disease prevention and control centers across the country. In recent years, the company has developed high-concentration organic wastewater treatment technology and engineering, P3 biological laboratory clean system, multi-point cleanliness monitoring system, methanol cracking hydrogen production equipment, hydrogen recovery device, anti-flying insect shower device and other high-tech products that have been continuously put on the market.

0.1 micron Class 1 clean room

 

The Sujing ultra-high-grade air environment integrated laboratory was completed in 2019. The design and construction of the project were jointly undertaken by Sujing Group's engineering, Anfa, Antai, instruments, rotor, Huatai and other subsidiaries and research institutes. The highest cleanliness level of the environment is level 1, including equipment area, control area, changing buffer, drying room, dry level test, level 1 test and other areas.
The group headquarters is responsible for project organization and resource allocation, and the engineering installation company is responsible for design and construction. Special air-conditioning units, chillers, air showers, transfer devices, dehumidifiers, wall panels, ventilation ducts, clean doors and windows, filters, clean detection and automatic control systems and other equipment are all supplied by various subsidiaries. The construction of the first-level laboratory incorporates many energy-saving and intelligent concepts, which is closer to market application needs, demonstrating that Sujing, as an industry leader, has superb technical research and development and integrated application capabilities. The difficulty of this laboratory is to strictly set the cleanliness, surface contamination, temperature and humidity, illumination, anti-micro-seismic, automatic control, monitoring, access control, communication, network, etc. of the first-level controlled environment, and to ensure the indicators under different working conditions. It can be said to be a complex of high-tech technologies in the industry. Once the technology is commercialized, it can fill the gap in the core technology of ultra-high-level air environment in China and achieve the goal of driving the development of high-end industries.

BSL-3 Biosafety Laboratory

 

The physical model project of the clean system of the third-level biosafety laboratory of Sujing uses the computer fluid dynamics method (CFD—Computational fluid dynamics) to conduct numerical simulation research on the aerosol diffusion mode and airflow organization scheme of the third-level biosafety laboratory; using the physical model project of the built third-level biosafety laboratory, the aerosol diffusion experiment under dynamic working conditions is carried out to provide a design basis for the clean system of biosafety laboratories under various conditions. Products such as airtight transfer windows suitable for third-level biosafety laboratories, new negative pressure exhaust filter device safety replacement system, integrated chemical spray room, and leak-proof safety escape door have been developed. This project aims at the main problems existing in the design and construction of the clean system of the third-level biosafety laboratory in my country. The "protective barrier" of the third-level biosafety laboratory, namely the clean system, operator and environmental safety assurance system, and its corresponding automatic control scheme and equipment have been developed. It is another masterpiece of Sujing in the field of biosafety laboratories after the "Ultra-high-level Air Environment Integrated Laboratory".

Energy-saving clean operating room (vertical flow/horizontal flow)

 

The company has successfully developed an "energy-saving clean operating room" to improve the energy efficiency of the purification and air conditioning system and reduce energy consumption, making due contributions to the realization of the country's sustainable development strategy. The product has passed the design finalization appraisal organized by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Information Industry, and the energy saving efficiency is 20%.

BIM Technology (Building Information Modeling)

 

The use of building information modeling software enables the owner to realize 3D design of the entire process from concept to construction, avoiding the problems that may arise in traditional 2D design and shortening construction time and cost.
Building Information Modeling (BIM-Building Information Modeling) is a new term that has appeared in the construction industry in the past two years. The application of building information modeling makes construction projects faster, more economical and more accurate, and the various types of work cooperate better and reduce the risk of errors in drawings. The long-term benefits have gone beyond the design and construction stages, benefiting the future operation, maintenance and facility management of buildings, and can sustainably save costs and shorten construction periods.
In response to this situation, the company has set up a corresponding BIM studio, introduced advanced software, and has a professional team to help designers design, analyze and calculate, avoiding conflicts in the space of the project, reducing errors and waste, and helping designers accurately and detailed calculate the quantity of materials.
