Cooperating with Nanjing University of Science Technology, Dalian Institute of Chemica1 Physics, Academy of Sciences, Harbin Institute of Technology, and Tianjin University etc., the SUJING successfully finished several research project "0.1 μ particle counter, high efficiency rake catalyst for hydrogen generator by ammonia decomposition, the micro-environment system equipment by the isolation technology for the sub-micron semiconductor production, P3 biosafety laboratory purification system and energy-saving operation room projects", which make SUJING as a leader in China and come to the frontier in the world. At the same time, we imported and digested the advanced technology from AIR TECH company of Japan, then we developed class 2 biosafety cabinet which is advanced in the world and won the international bid in the national medical system project, and then it is applied in the hospitals and disease prevention and control center across the country. during these years, we developed different kinds of high-tech products such as denseness organic waste water treatment technology and engineering, P3 biosafety laboratory purification system, multiple-positioned particle counter testing system, methanol cracking hydrogen production equipment, hydrogen reclaim system and air shower for preventing insect which are put into market gradually.

0.1 μm Class 1 Clean Room
Sujing super high class air environmental integrated lab was started in 2019, designed and constructed by Sujing with joint efforts by Sujing Engineering, Sujing Airtech, Sujing Aimfar, Sujing Instrument, Sujing Dehumidifier, Sujing Huatai and Sujing R&D Institute, with the highest class I, including equipment area, controlling area, changing area, air lock, drying area, class 1000 and 1 testing area.
Sujing group is responsible for its organization and resources allocation, Sujing engineering is responsible for design and construction. AHU, chiller, air shower, pass box, dehumidifier, panel, air duct, door & window, filters, testing instrument and auto-control system are supplied by Sujing branch companies. It adopts design concept of energy-saving and automation to closely cater for marketing application and reflect Sujing's capability of super high technology research and integrated application. Its difficulty is the strictly setting for cleanliness, surface pollution, temperature & humidity, illumination, anti-vibration, auto-control, monitoring, door access, communication and network in environmental controlled area, and technical index assured in different working conditions. It is a combination of high & precise technology among industries. Once its technology is marketing applied, it can make up for the gap in the field of China super high air environmental core technology to achieve the goal of driving high level industry.

BLS-3 Biosafety Laboratory
The model project ofSujing's level 3 Biosafety Laboratory Cleaning System is a CFD-Computational Fluid Dynamics for the numerical simulation of aerosol difusion and airflw organization in the level 3 biosafety laboratory. The experimental study of aerosol diffusion under dynamic working conditions is caried out by using the sample project of the level 3 biosafety laboratory, which provides the design basis for the clean system of biosafety laboratory under various conditions. Products such as air-tight pass box, new safety replacement system of negative pressure exhaust filter device, integrated chemical air shower and anti-leakage safety exit door suitable for level biosafety laboratory have been developed. This project aims to research and develop for one of the main problems existing inthe design of Chin's current level 3 biological safety laboratory clean system, level 3 of biological safety laboratory "protective barrier" clean system, operating personnel and environmental safety guarantee system, and its corresponding automatic control plan and equipment. This is Sujing's another technical achievement after the "super high air environmental integrated laboratory" in the field of biological safety laboratory.

Energy-Saving Clean Operation Room(Vertical/ Horizontal)
SUJING have successfully developed "energy-saving clean operation room", which improves the HVAC energy efficiency, and thus reduces the energy consumption. This is a contribution to the strategy for national sustained development. This type of operation room has passed the design qualification and product verification by Jiangsu Information Industry Department, with 20% energy conservation efficiency.

BIM's 3D Design
The use of building information model software enables the owner to achieve accurate and efficient 3D design from the concept to the construction process, avoiding possible problems with traditional 2D design, and shortening construction time and costs.
BIM-Building Information Model is a new word arising in building industry recently. BIM make the building construction faster, less waste, more accurate, better cooperation among different construction team and reduce the drawing mistake, and it will bring more benefit not only in design and construction period, but also in the follow-up building operation, maintenance and facility management, and save cost constantly and shorten the construction period as well.

As the purification engineering forerunner, forty years experience makes SUJING the relevant specification constituter and performer. SUJING participated in compiling and editing " The Pharmaceutical GMP Guidelines- Plant Facilities and Equipment", "Clean Room and Related Controlled Environment" series, " The Clean Room Construction and Acceptance Standard" and other national regulations and standards. Many related national standards are still in compiling to ensure our contracting of cleanroom project up to national standards and regulations.

According to China's 2010 version of GMP or US CGMP regulations, assist owners to draft user requirements specification (URS), make influence analysis [IA] of purified air conditioning system, water system, and compressed air system and design qualification [DQ], installation qualification [IQ], Operation qualification [OQ] and Performance qualification [PQ] 4Q Verification, and on-site inspection by China SFDA or US FDA.
